What we collect

What you give us. If you submit the benefits form, we collect your name, phone number, whether you are enquiring for yourself or someone else, and — where you provide them — a date of birth, insurance provider, and member ID. If you call the number on this page, the call is answered by our admissions team and may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

What is collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the referring site or advertisement that brought you here — including advertising click identifiers such as gclid and utm parameters. These are stored in your browser for up to 30 days so that an enquiry can be matched to the campaign it came from.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, verify your insurance benefits, and arrange care. We also use aggregate, non-identifying data to understand which advertising works. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead brokers or other treatment providers.

Confidentiality

Information you share with our admissions team is protected under HIPAA and, because it concerns substance use disorder treatment, under the federal confidentiality rules at 42 CFR Part 2 — a stricter standard than ordinary medical privacy. We will not disclose that you have contacted us to an employer, family member, or anyone else without your written authorization, except where the law requires or permits it, such as a medical emergency or a report mandated by statute.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, which will stop the tracking described above; the page will still work. You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required by law to retain.
